I have a solution that you may not have considered, even though you definitely should have by now. Outsourcing. Outsourcing is very good. You need to be Outsourcing. I know this because I started software outsourcing in my business turned around. I wasn’t making money, and now I make lots of money. Is that all because of Outsourcing? I don’t think so, but that was a big turning point for me. When I saw that the in deficiencies of my office could be transferred to another office, and that I could actually make money off of this exchange, I thought it was too good to be true. Now, here’s what I’m saying. I think that the problem a lot of people have is that it seems very expensive to hire outside help when you already have an entire staff. Surely, people think, it must be cheaper to go with an internal solution. But here’s what I have to say. If you allow your staff to continue doing what they do best, and outsourced responsibilities that none of them Thrive it, you are adding way more value to your organization because every aspect of the job is being done by someone who is at a high level of performance in that specific vein. So, slow down on your judgment of Outsourcing and realize what it could do for you. Take a look at your organisation, or get a consultant to take a look at your organisation, and start tracking the inefficiency. Swear, every organisation that I’ve ever known has had areas that could be improved. Likewise, every organization that I’ve ever known could be Outsourcing certain tasks to stimulate that Improvement and raise their value. If you’re being stubborn about this, that’s fine, I was too, but I do hope that you come around to the truth eventually. Start Outsourcing. You won’t regret it.
